Burger King in Butzbach

Staff a bit bored but friendly. The food is ok.

The food was fresh, friendly service, everything was great 👍🏻

It was delicious and just the right thing for a 4 hour drive back!

Apart from the fact that only refugees work there who are sometimes really haphazard, it's good.

I am actually very satisfied. It is clean for a fast food store and the food is also BK level. So no surprises but everything exactly as it should be. Hence my 5 stars.

Have improved in Corona, also in terms of the drive in clearance.

No!!! No here, in Rosbach is always top ... but unfortunately not here !! I pay 5 pieces of burgers then only get 4😅😅

So normal average. Actually nothing that should be particularly emphasized. Wait as always, cleanliness so-so. Toilets should be renovated or properly cleaned. The entrance was confusing but there were lots of parking spaces. Plus point: disinfection directly at the entrance Negative point: soap on the ladies toilet empty.

Super nice service, great food and a discount for the fire brigade. No reason for complaints, recommending others without any problems.

Was really good before Corona, but has dropped extremely since then. Ordered cheeseburgers in the drive today, which were ice cold and the rolls were already "crispy" because they had been lying around for so long. Quasi air-dried. Really bad!

Unfriendly. Poor hygiene. And privacy should still be considered when eating there. The whole corona slip is open and accessible to everyone !!!

Employees who only understand a little German should not stand at the checkout and serve. 2x ordered and received 2x wrong goods.

Somehow none of this worked really well with the drive-in! Then there was no strawberry shake because that didn't work, but the vanilla shakes and chocolate shakes were good!

Staff mostly motivated and friendly, preparation usually on order - so you don't get a burger that has been on the shelf for minutes. It is also clean and there is enough parking space. The outside area is unfortunately directly on the main street, so it is quite noisy there. With luck you can catch a time when there is little going on and you can eat in peace.

Beter. Sunday afternoon like the Russians. I've never seen one before. The food is good, the price is not terrible. For the money, the five euros I received was satisfactory.

Service was so slow without anyone else in the restaurant and the food was about the worst I've been served at a Burger King. The wrap had only chicken and sauce in it without salad and vegetables. How hard can it be?
